Associate Launchpad is Canada's student workforce network — a managed service platform that connects vetted university students with local businesses, nonprofits, sponsors, and community organizations who need real project support.
What We Do
We bridge the gap between ambitious university students who want hands-on professional experience and organizations that need skilled, affordable talent. Unlike traditional hiring or freelance marketplaces, Associate Launchpad manages the entire project lifecycle — from intake and student matching through to quality assurance, client review, and impact reporting.
Every project on our platform goes through a structured pipeline: scoped, matched, executed, reviewed, and recorded. Businesses get polished deliverables. Students get real portfolio work and meaningful compensation. Nonprofits access subsidized support through our Impact Fund — funded by a portion of every paid project.
Our model is built around a 5:1 commitment: for every five paid client projects, one nonprofit receives free or heavily subsidized student support. This creates a self-sustaining ecosystem where commercial activity directly powers community impact.

Who Builds Associate Launchpad
Associate Launchpad was founded in Calgary, Alberta, by a team of entrepreneurs who believe that post-secondary education and real-world work experience should go hand in hand. The founding team brings together backgrounds in business development, talent operations, and community partnerships.
We are currently launching at the University of Calgary, with plans to expand to additional Canadian post-secondary institutions. Our platform is built to scale — but our approach is always hands-on, relationship-first, and community-rooted.
